He left his football just across the border - but never his dream. 

For from the dusty Mexican barrio to the complex LA suburb,

 he held on to his dream. 

Problems: come and gone, still he held on 

– going straight towards the goal - football. 

And then, just then, the dream found him at 

St James' Park.
